Az AF-088II sorozatú moduláris felépítésű PLC-ink, a kompakt PLC berendezések méreteit követő kivitelben készülnek. Teljesítményében, memóriakapacitásában, kommunikációs képességében, a legkorszerűbb technológiát képviselik.
Az alaplap nélküli, moduláris felépítésük rugalmas rendszer kiépítést tesz lehetővé. Lokálisan több mint 360 I/O pontot kezel.
A nagyteljesítményü RISC processzor rugalmas felhasználói programok készítését teszi lehetővé. A processzor modul beépített LCD kijelzőjén a folyamatok, aktuális állapotok kijelezhetők, a billenytűzeten keresztül paraméterek adhatók meg.

AF 088IIP - Processor module

The AF088II/P processor module is the control module of the AF088II PLC that is ATMEL Atmega128 AVR microcontroller based. The structure of the control unit can be changed during installation, so with the same P.C.B. modules with different functions can be built. In the processor module the entire microcontroller and RAM module can be changed, so the service has become more flexible. The processor module is composed of more interdependent circuit cards. The main composing units: CPU, interface, keyboard, LCD display.

The processor module makes possible the connection of various extendable modules on the digital bus (it is positioned on the right side of the processor module), these are the following: AF088II DIO Digital out-input module, AF088II AN EXP analogue extending module, AF088II AN OUT analogue output module.

The digital bus (CON1) was created with DSUB 25 pins connector and contains the following signs: +12V, GND, 8bit data bus, 8 bit address bus, 4 wire SPI bus, IOWT enable sign.

AF 088II DIO 16/8 - Digital module

AzThe AF088II AN DIO modules serve to receive and give out the two condition signals of the AF 088II PLC. The module connects to the AF088II/P processor module's digital bus through the 25 pins DSUB connectors

• 16 pc isolated 24V DC inputs
• 8 pc relay outputs (only on outputs module)
• internal 24V DC voltage

AF088II AN - Analogue input module

Az AF 088AN Analóg modul közvetlenül csatlakozik az AF 088P processzormodulhoz, és 4-20mA-es analóg jelek fogadására szolgál. Kétvezetékes 4-20mA-es távadók tápellátására is alkalmas aktív állásba kapcsolva.

AF 088II ANOUT Analgue output module

The AF088II AN OUT modules serve to give out the analogue current signals of the AF 088II PLC. The module connects to the AF088II/P processor module's digital bus through the 25 pins DSUB connectors. To the AF088II/P processor module logically 16 pcs of AF088II modules can be connected. Each module can be set to different addresses with the "Addr" inscription code switcher that can be found on the AN OUT module's front case.
